About Ultimate Addon Forge

What we make

One product, in two places. The web studio at ultimateaddonforge.com/studio runs in any modern browser with nothing to install, and the Ultimate Addon Forge iPad app adds 3D previews, offline editing and iCloud backup. Both produce the same thing: a real .mcaddon add-on for Minecraft Bedrock Edition containing the mobs, blocks, items, weapons, tools, armour and biomes a child drew.

We are an independent companion tool. Ultimate Addon Forge is not made, approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft, and it never asks for a Minecraft or Microsoft account.

How it is built

Creations live on the device — in the app on iPad, in browser storage on the web — so a child can work offline and nothing is published anywhere by default. Sharing is opt-in: a creation only leaves the device when someone taps share, and then it lives under an unguessable code that expires after about six months.

The AI drafting feature sends the words a child types to our server so a model can sketch a first version. It runs behind a child-appropriate content policy with server-side moderation, and drafts are not linked to any identity.

How it is funded

By subscriptions, not advertising. There are no ads anywhere in the product, no content feeds, no messaging between users and no data sold to anyone. Creating, painting and editing are free; Addon Forge Pro (£10 a year, or the local equivalent) unlocks unlimited AI drafting and sending creations into Minecraft. On iPad the subscription is billed by Apple with a 7-day free trial; on the web it is billed by Stripe, and a child can email the payment link to a parent rather than entering a card themselves.
