We are a small team and we answer our own email. Support, press, privacy requests, refunds and partnership questions all reach a human — usually within one working day, and always within three.

Support

Email support@ultimateaddonforge.com for anything about the app or the web studio: an export that will not open in Minecraft, a subscription question, a creation you cannot find, or a bug. Telling us the device, the Minecraft version and the share code (if there is one) gets you a useful answer fastest.

There is also a feedback button inside the web studio, which sends the same inbox a note with the browser details attached.

Billing, press and business

Email help@helloiq.uk for invoices, VAT receipts, press enquiries, school and club licensing, or anything commercial. iPad subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds for those are handled through Apple's own request process; we can help you find it.

Privacy and legal

Data protection requests — access, correction or deletion — go to support@ultimateaddonforge.com and are handled by the company below. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long, and the terms of use cover subscriptions, fair use and what happens to the creations you make.
